Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor (Commercial Builds)
A successful name in the NZ Design and Build Construction market with nationwide coverage has secured prominent wins for some larger clients. Standards are high, their culture is positive, inclusive, and focuses on skill development with a high training budget.
They have several projects in the high rise/aged care/multi residential sector and require a switched-on senior quantity surveyor to come on board and join the team.
As a quantity surveyor, you will be supported by a senior professional, developing your experience. Typically, you will be managing subcontractors, handling and processing variations, and conducting final account work in terms of cost reporting and reconciliations.
This role would suit an applicant with at least 8+ years of commercial main contractor QS experience. You are a natural communicator and build relationships at all levels with ease.
