HEB Construction is seeking a Project Delivery Manager to join the Projects team within the Auckland System Management (ASM) Alliance. The ASM is an alliance between HEB Construction, Fulton Hogan, and NZTA to maintain the Auckland State Highway Network. The Alliance is expected to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders and suppliers to deliver exceptional outcomes for customers using the Auckland transport system. This role will oversee the design and delivery of engineering projects that fall outside the planned and scheduled works of the ASM. Key Responsibilities Overview Project Management : Overseeing the design and delivery of engineering projects, ensuring they meet professional standards and are completed on time and within budget.
Stakeholder Engagement : Building strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, including liaising with NZTA to integrate projects into the work schedule.
Safety and Compliance : Prioritizing health and safety by identifying risks early and ensuring stringent safety standards are followed.
Design and Procurement : Managing the design process, including scoping, CAD drawings, and safety reviews, as well as overseeing procurement and construction processes.
Reporting and Documentation : Providing progress reports to the Alliance Manager and maintaining a project database for transparency and accountability.
Additional Considerations Training and Development : Ensuring the team is well-trained in their responsibilities, particularly in safety-related areas.
