Are you a construction leader with the ability to inspire and motivate construction professionals to deliver high quality commercial construction projects? Do you understand the commercial and financial aspects of construction? Do you enjoy engaging with Clients and working hard to ensure their expectations are met?
We are seeking a construction professional with proven main contractor experience to take up a leadership role within a successful business, this opportunity has wide ranging responsibilities and would potentially suit a Project Manager, Commercial Manager or Quantity Surveyor seeking a leadership role with responsibilities over all aspects of project management and delivery.

Effective working knowledge of the New Zealand commercial construction industry
Right to accept permanent employment in New Zealand
Trade or professional construction qualification
Proven ability leading commercial / institutional construction projects
Full NZ driving licence required
High level awareness of Health & Safety in construction
In this role you will be responsible for leading a team of trade and professionally qualified construction professionals and must be confident in your ability to encourage your team to develop their capabilities and grow their careers.
