About the Role: The Senior Product Manager - MyTests will be responsible for defining the strategy, prioritizing growth opportunities, and building new lines of business. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, customer centricity, and operational execution to drive organic growth both directly and through partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a strong background or interest in healthcare, diagnostics, or related fields, and a proven track record in product management and business development. This role will focus on the overall growth strategy for our MyTests business, including developing the self-request platform business-to-business strategy (e.g., wellness offer for businesses and insurance companies).

Key Responsibilities: Design and execute a comprehensive strategy and roadmap to expand MyTests into new markets, informed by customer insights, market trends, and technology advancements. Identify, assess, and prioritize growth opportunities; develop business cases, financial models, and present recommendations to senior leadership. Spearhead the development and launch of new products from concept to commercialization, collaborating closely with clinical, IT, logistics, and lab operations teams. Establish KPIs and metrics to measure the success of new initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Cultivate and manage strategic partnerships and alliances, both internally (e.g., mobile collection) and externally (e.g., software partners), to enhance our value proposition and growth trajectory. Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration while mentoring team members to support their professional growth. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field. 10+ years of experience in product management, business development, or related roles, preferably within the healthcare or technology sectors. Proven track record of successfully launching new products or services and driving business growth. Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
