We are currently seeking an outstanding individual to join our team as a Senior Policy Advisor. This role will give you the opportunity to use your analytical and solutions focused approach to expand on your policy experience in both strategic and operational policy. Successful candidates will have a critical role in using their knowledge and experience to build the capability of the team and proactively engage with key partners.

Key skills and experience you will bring:
·Analysing issues (both problems and opportunities) and developing innovative solutions;
·Experience completing high quality analysis using a variety of policy making frameworks
·Superb communication skills and experience presenting information in a meaningful way to decision makers
·An ability to form strong, credible relationships
·A high level of political awareness and the ability to demonstrate sound judgement
