Non-Negotiables
A minimum of 5 years' experience in resource consent planning, with solid RMA knowledge
Tertiary qualification in planning or a related discipline
Proven skills in stakeholder engagement and decision-making under council delegations
Desirables
Membership with the New Zealand Planning Institute (NZPI)
Familiarity with subdivision planning and the Queenstown Lakes District Plan
Experience providing evidence at hearings or court
