Consultants (Information & Communication Technology)Join one of our clients as a Senior PeopleSoft Technical Consultant for a 12-month contract with a leading consultancy organisation. We are seeking an experienced professional with expertise in PeopleSoft Payroll solution and excellent communication skills. This role requires stakeholder management, implementation experience with PeopleSoft, in-depth knowledge of the platform, and the ability to advise and educate on PeopleSoft. If you have a customer-facing background and are looking for an exciting opportunity to contribute to high-profile projects, this role is for you.As a technical consultant, you will play a key role in providing expert guidance and support for our clients' PeopleSoft Payroll solution. Your responsibilities will include stakeholder management, implementation-level experience with PeopleSoft, and leveraging your in-depth knowledge of the platform to advise and educate our clients. We are looking for a highly skilled professional with excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as a customer-facing background. If you are a self-motivated individual with a passion for delivering exceptional results, we want to hear from you.Responsibilities:Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and provide expert guidance on PeopleSoft Payroll solutionLead and participate in the implementation of PeopleSoft projects, ensuring successful delivery within agreed timelinesManage stakeholder relationships, including conducting meetings, providing status updates, and addressing concernsUtilise your in-depth knowledge of PeopleSoft to troubleshoot and resolve technical issuesAdvise and educate the client on best practices and optimal use of PeopleSoft functionalityContribute to the development and improvement of PeopleSoft systems, processes, and documentationStay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in PeopleSoft technologyRequired Experience:Proven experience as a PeopleSoft Technical Consultant, specifically with PeopleSoft Payroll solutionStrong knowledge of PeopleSoft implementation methodologies and best practicesExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholdersExperience managing relationships with clients and stakeholders at all levelsAbility to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to PeopleSoftCustomer-facing experience, with the ability to build rapport and establish credibilitySelf-motivated and proactive, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality resultsRelevant certifications in PeopleSoft or related technologies are a plus
