Reporting to the Brand and Channels Manager, your core function as the Senior Marketing Advisor will be to help bring Ravensdown's brand and marketing strategy to life through creative and innovative design and execution of campaigns.Key Responsibilities:Create, develop and implement marketing campaigns and initiatives relevant to Ravensdown's products and services and manage each one through its lifecycle.Work closely with management teams to develop innovative and effective marketing campaigns that align with business goals.Develop and manage internal and external relationships with design, digital, advertising and media buying agencies.Monitor and report on campaign performance, generating insights to inform future planning and strategy.Work collaboratively with the business to design and create a wide range of design and creative solutions including graphic design and brand work, collateral, production including corporate documentation, marketing campaigns and multimedia.About You:If you are adaptable, with the ability to pivot quickly in response to sudden change, you will thrive in this role. You'll possess excellent communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to proactively manage external suppliers and agencies.
