This role is within a well-regarded mid-sized firm that values its people and provides a strong support network. With a diverse clientele and a team of skilled Solicitors and Legal Executives, you'll take on full responsibility for residential property files while working closely with other professionals. You'll receive training to set you up for success and will be someone who can confidently manage files independently and step up to assist others as needed.

What You'll Do: Manage residential property files from start to finish.
Prepare and review legal documents and correspondence.
Ensure all documentation is compliant, up-to-date, and accurate.
Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and external professionals.
What You'll Need: At least 5 years' experience as a Legal Executive, with a strong focus on property work.
Proven ability to handle files independently with minimal supervision.
Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
A proactive, solution-focused approach to client service and legal challenges.
In this role, you'll be responsible for progressing and managing residential conveyancing files, drafting and reviewing legal documents, ensuring compliance, and maintaining high standards in client communication.
