Senior Landscaper/Manager

This is a hands on position, leading a team of 3 -5 people across a broad range of landscape projects. The type of work we do includes: Installing steel/timber edging.Earthworks.Irrigation installation.Planting on commercial & residential projects.Installing timber retaining walls.Lawn preparation/install.Installing pathways/driveways (no paving work).Who we are looking forPrevious experience in a landscaping leadership role.Self motivated & able to motivate a team, even on the toughest projects.Good time management.Physically fit.Lead by example.Able to lead a team effectively on a range of projects.Experience with budget control.Remuneration package: Work vehicle (for work purposes only).Company phone.Full staff uniform.Pay rate between $33 - $40 per hour, depending on experience.If you wish to apply, send through a cover letter explaining why you are suitable for this position, an up to date CV and relevant references. ******
