Nestled in a picturesque rural setting, our small school is renowned for its big heart and commitment to nurturing the holistic development of our akonga.We are a U1 full primary school with a school roll of 30 akonga.We are looking for someone who is passionate about local curriculum, nature-based education, matauranga Maori and engaging with our community.We are an Enviroschool, spending one day a week in our local ngahere and learning about our mighty Rangitikei awa. We firmly believe in learning through hands-on experiences, interacting with people, places and things - our integrated curriculum empowers our tamariki for the confident and competent people they are. We care deeply about the individual needs and learning preferences of our tamariki, working closely with parents & whanau.Our kura whakatauki grounds our mahi: Nurturing our tamariki to be kind in their relationships, curious about the world and creative in their thinking.
