We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Continuous Improvement Engineer to join our O'Hare Manufacturing Operations team. About the role: As a key member of our team reporting to the Plant Operations Manager, you'll thrive in a collaborative dynamic environment focused on delivering outstanding results. This role offers a diverse range of responsibilities, from developing the continuous improvement culture in a high-volume manufacturing environment to contributing to the long-term Plant and site-wide continuous improvement objectives that will move the operation forward. You'll be part of a supportive, team-based culture where innovative thinking is encouraged, and you'll have the chance to work alongside experts from various disciplines as well the opportunity to collaborate with others on site-wide initiatives.
