We'd need you in the office for those times that matter, but we do embrace flexible working.Responsibilities:Day-to-day support to LIC's people managers and employees, advising on employment legislation, compliance, and policies.Assisting managers with onboarding of candidates, specifically generating employment documentation.Collaborating and partnering with the P&P Managers by assisting and advising on employment relation issues and performance management concerns, including facilitating performance management processes.Working alongside the Employee Experience Manager to design and deliver better employee experiences.
