Mo te turanga | About the Role:

As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will primarily collaborate with the business to create budgets, forecasts, and reports for business initiatives that fulfil both local and group-wide requirements. You will also engage in continuous process improvement programmes with a focus on automation, accuracy, relevancy and timeliness of data and reporting. Apart from this you will also be responsible to:
Deliver high quality, accurate and on-time reporting, insights and analytics.
Work collaboratively with senior leadership team to provide analysis and reporting to the Business to drive improved business outcomes.
Maintain and strengthen engagement with a broad community of stakeholders
Lead and support productivity initiatives Financial Services while provide expertise and guidance to enhance the team's skills and knowledge.

Proficient in Excel with advanced data manipulation and analysis skills
Demonstrated experience in engaging and managing stakeholders effectively.
Advanced analytical abilities, capable of working with complex data to generate meaningful insights
Strong problem-solving skills, adept at navigating and resolving challenges in complex environments
Excellent written and presentation skills, with confidence in presenting to and communicating effectively with senior management
