About YOUR new job:
As the Senior Finance Manager, this role will see you developing, implementing, and managing the business finance requirements including all systems, processes and governance, risk, and compliance requirements. As a constructive member of the Senior Management Team, you will contribute to the requisite organisational culture and capabilities to achieve business excellence.
Act as a business partner to the business head and support the wider leadership team playing a key role in the set-up of business financial systems and development of the overall strategic and operational direction of the business.
Evaluate operational business opportunities and provide related support, including managing business costs, providing financial analysis, and ensuring project returns are maximised.
Manage and deliver internal and external reporting to ensure consistency, accuracy, and timeliness of financial and non-financial reporting to achieve business outcomes.
Ownership of the accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
Provide or coordinate technical accounting, tax and treasury advice and reporting.
Ownership of preparation and management of the business plans including setting business KPIs, monthly and quarterly review process and reporting, and driving business accountability to achieve outcomes.
Ownership of the financial management aspects in managing Board and key stakeholder requirement.
Ownership of treasury management including bonding capacity requirements and management of cash flow.
Implement risk management strategies to support and inform management decision-making.
Implement and manage robust financial controls to ensure integrity of all financial systems, processes, and outputs.
About YOU!
Must have a proven track record of successfully operating as a Finance Manager with experience in similar roles in the commercial sector managing the build and management of company assets. During this time, you have had experience in all areas of finance, business, and leadership. Additionally, you have communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate decision making, influence and build relationships with key stakeholders. You will be CPA or CA qualified.
