ABOUT THE ROLE The Senior Electrical Engineer position will see you contributing to a fast-paced and dynamic team delivering some exciting and impactful projects in gas production, liquefaction, storage and delivery.
You will have the opportunity to: Develop cutting-edge solutions for world-leading projects, including hydrogen refueling stations and liquefiers Help develop best practice systems and processes, and drive a continuous improvement culture Provide technical expertise, guidance, and troubleshooting support to resolve complex engineering problems Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and regulations throughout the design and manufacturing processes Mentor and guide other engineers, fostering their professional growth and contributing to a collaborative team environment ABOUT YOU Bachelor of Engineering degree or equivalent (Electrical/Mechatronics) Experience with designing control systems, instrumentation, and three phase power systems Experience integrating industrial equipment with external processes.
Experience with creation of electrical drawings such as SLDs, interconnection & loop diagrams, and cabinet layouts.
Design of PLC controlled equipment from I/O list to FAT Exposure to Electrolysers, Air Separation Units, petroleum industry, or industrial automation would be beneficial Any product certification processes to international standards (e.g., CE, UL, IECEx) would be beneficial Exposure to hazardous area classification & design would be beneficial APPLICATION AND RECRUITMENT The interview process will include a phone interview, a technical interview, and reference checks.
