If you're an associate to senior level and love tech, this might be the role for you!This is a permanent, full-time position (40 hours per week) based at our offices in Northcote, Auckland.About the RoleThis role ensures efficient operation of samsung.com through CMS expertise. Leveraging technical knowledge, you'll oversee daily maintenance, execution, and analysis of product pages, the eStore, and related platforms like EPP and the Shop App. As Senior Digital Platforms Manager, you'll implement best practices to meet deadlines and ensure client satisfaction across Samsung.com, the Shop App, and other CMS-driven platforms.Roles and ResponsibilitiesRun the day-to-day content planning, operation, and analysis of samsung.com.Leverage your previous experience in CMS to ensure best tech and UX practice principles are in practice.Lead and support a team of two Digital Platform Managers.Coordinate content and promotions for the samsung.com eStore to drive online sales.Optimise the customer purchase experience through the use and understanding of Adobe Experience Manager and Hybris.Work as an intermediary between Cheil NZ, overseas stakeholders, and the samsung.com client.Qualifications and Experience3 years' experience managing website and eStore operations for global or leading local NZ brands.Creative agency experience preferred.Strong communication, written and verbal.Previous use of Adobe Experience Manager, WordPress or similar.Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) such as AEM, WordPress, Drupal.Your application will include the following questions:Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in New Zealand?What's your expected annual base salary?How much notice are you required to give your current employer?
