We have a strong focus on training including technical workshops, off site vendor training, lunch time knowledge sharing sessions and mentoring opportunities.Skills and attributes for successPrevious experience working on large data engineering and migration programmes.Previous experience leading, developing and supporting other team membersPrevious experience working with data, data environments, databases, large data sets possibly in a consulting environmentStrong problem solver, someone comfortable to challenge the status quoA strong background in coding with possible experience with R, Matlab, SAS, SQL or Python.Analytical mind set / someone that challenges assumptionsProject delivery toolset experience in one or more batch ETL tools (such as Informatica, Microsoft SSIS or Talend) OR open source data integration tools (such as Kafka or Nifi)Knowledge and experience in end-to-end project delivery, either traditional SDLC or agile delivery methodologies (or hybrid approaches)Exceptional communication, documentation and presentation skillsDemonstrated resilience and adaptability We have a robust career framework within EY and this role will be the start point for many potential paths through a long and valuable career for the successful candidate.Who are Advisory?Our Advisory service line focuses on helping clients to improve their performance and manage their risks more effectively.
