You'll be confident in managing multiple projects ranging in size and value from Architectural, Commercial, Residential with preferably a background in trades (Must be confident in reading blue prints, Managing contracts/subbies, Create work schedules etc)! Senior Project Managers will ideally be based out of their Commercial HQ's (Preferably Dunedin) but may consider those who would want to be based in Central Otago/Wanaka.
