An opportunity has arisen to join our passionate Corporate and Engagement team as a Senior Communications and Engagement Advisor focusing on stakeholder engagement, with a side of internal communications support as well. You'll collaborate with external and internal stakeholders to assess and deliver communication and engagement needs. Help us keep our customer relationship management tool up to date. Build essential relationships to support communications and engagement plans. We invite applicants with skills and experience in any combination of the following: A background in writing, marketing, communications or engagement. Experience in internal communications or communicating change. Knowledge or experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 or a similar customer experience tool is an advantage. Ability to interpret and translate complex or technical information into everyday language. A community focus, with the ability to see things from the community's perspective. Knowledge or experience in an environmental and/or political role is useful, but not essential. Understanding of te ao Maori and te reo Maori and experience in iwi engagement, or a willingness to learn. Our values underpin everything we do.
