We're looking for a Senior Civil Engineer with a passion for land development to join their expert team and deliver top-notch projects. What You'll Be Doing: Take ownership of land development projects from concept through to completion—whether it's hands-on design or guiding a skilled team of engineers. Manage land development, specifically earthworks as well as 3-waters projectsensuring compliance with New Zealand standards. Play a lead role in project delivery, working with councils, developers, and contractors to bring complex designs to life. Cultivate and expand client relationships—your ability to connect with stakeholders will be crucial in shaping both our projects and our business. Drive the future of our land development discipline, contributing to strategic planning and business development initiatives. Take the opportunity to get involved in energy or water-related projects, depending on your passion. What We're Looking For: A BE Civil qualification (Washington Accord recognized). CPEng accreditation (or working towards it). Solid experience in Civil 3D or 12D, with the ability to produce innovative, practical designs. Expertise in land development projects, especially in earthworks design and three-waters infrastructure. Proven track record in managing the design, consenting, and construction stages of land development projects. Strong communication and relationship-building skills—you know how to navigate client needs and regulatory hurdles. A sharp business development focus—whether it's nurturing existing relationships or spotting new opportunities. In-depth knowledge of New Zealand regulations and standards relating to civil engineering and land development.
