The Opportunity
Are you passionate about risk management and ready to make a real impact? We're looking for an experienced Senior Enterprise Risk Business Partner to join a purpose-led financial services organisation. This is an exciting chance to play a key role in ensuring the organisation stays ahead of the curve in managing and mitigating risk. As a true Risk Business Partner, you'll be part of a dedicated team that provides independent advice, insightful reporting, and constructive challenges to enhance decision-making across the organisation.
What You'll Be Responsible For
You'll work closely with business units across the organisation and your day-to-day will involve:
Supporting the organisation and Board with enterprise (non-financial) risk reporting.
Partnering with different teams to ensure they manage risks effectively.
Implementing and continuously improving the risk management framework.
Leading the planning, execution, and ongoing management of a control assurance programme.
Helping teams review their risk registers and providing valuable insights and recommendations.
Driving a risk-aware culture, where ownership and effective risk management thrive.
Ensuring that all risk-related policies and procedures are up-to-date and operating efficiently.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone with at least five years of experience in risk management within financial services. You should be someone who:
Has excellent relationship-building skills and can engage stakeholders at all levels with confidence and diplomacy.
Is comfortable making judgement calls in the face of the unknown.
Knows how to plan and execute projects with precision, while keeping a clear eye on details.
Can think critically and provide insights that drive better decision-making.
Takes a collaborative approach to work and is committed to fostering a positive, risk-aware culture.
