Leadership & Direction: Plan, delegate, and oversee the technical work of a talented engineering team, ensuring efficiency and excellence. Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain QA processes, ensuring all work meets high-quality standards. Client Engagement: Act as a key point of contact for clients, building trust, managing expectations, and ensuring top-tier service.
