MIMICO sells, hires and services heavy machinery for the quarrying, mining, contracting, construction, recycling and forestry industries.
Job Description
MIMICO are seeking an organised and detail-oriented Senior Administrator to support and oversee their warranty functions across multiple global brands. You will maintain detailed records, documentation and collaborate with managers and other departments to ensure efficient and effective warranty operations. Additionally, you will liaise with sales and suppliers to manage warranty registrations and coordinate warranty repairs. Some flexibility around hours can be provided.
Qualifications
To be successful in this position, you will have:
5+ years administration experience, ideally in heavy construction machinery
Strong organisational and communication skills
Good time management and problem-solving abilities
Proficient with Microsoft Office
Experience with online warranty lodgement systems would be a bonus
