This role must be based in Auckland.The Account Manager role within OSF Digital is responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with strategically important large customers. Assigned to several named customers, the Account Manager is responsible for achieving sales quota and assigned strategic account objectives.What you'll be doing:Establishing productive, professional relationships with stakeholders in key customer accounts.Coordinating the involvement of OSF resources, including support, service, and management resources, to meet account performance objectives and customers' expectations.Meeting assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts.Proactively lead a joint company/strategic account planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones.Assess, clarify, and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis.Lead solution development efforts that best address customer needs while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel.Enhance OSF Digital's reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests while exploring all opportunities to add valueWhat you'll bring: Proven enterprise level account management experience specifically within the IT/digital transformation sector.Strong knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem is highly beneficial.Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence effectively at all levels including executive and C-level.Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail.As a Salesforce Platinum Partner, we offer cutting-edge projects with a global impact.
