We're a company delivering guidance and strategies to enable our clients to take control of their future by building their wealth through real estate opportunities.Leaders in innovation, progressive, and forward-thinking real estateUnparalleled results for our clients and business partnersBenefit from pre-qualified leads generated through our marketing campaigns, mentoring programme, and finance expertsSell off-the-plan developments across NZComprehensive training and personal development designed to ensure your successEstablished systems and processes that enable you to focus on your core responsibilitiesA competitive package, including a base salary and lucrative commissionsFlexibility to work from anywhere in NZNo weekend work or open homes, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance.Key Requirements:Proven Sales Experience: Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets and achieving results, preferably within the property development and Real Estate industry.Property Development Knowledge: Experience with off-the-plan property sales and contracts.Cross-team collaboration: Collaborating seamlessly with our six-star team, including Property Management, Investment Advisers, and Finance experts.Key Responsibilities:Client Consultation: Advise clients on investment property opportunities by providing education on market trends, portfolio evaluations, and potential returns.Property Analysis: In conjunction with the Investment Adviser, evaluate and analyse investment properties to assess their profitability and suitability for clients.Market Research: Stay informed about market conditions, property values, and emerging trends to provide clients with accurate and timely information.Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.Documentation and Compliance: Ensure all transactions comply with legal and regulatory requirements in conjunction with the Contracts Management team.Reporting: Track and report on sales performance, client interactions, and market developments.Professional Development: Continuously enhance industry knowledge and sales skills through training and staying current with market trends.You can work from anywhere in NZ, as most of our work is conducted via Zoom. For those who prefer occasional time away from their home offices, we offer access to our offices in Auckland, Wellington, and Christchurch, providing a change of scenery when needed.What you will bring:You genuinely care.
