As the newest addition to our store, you'll provide sound farming product advice to our loyal customers. Getting stuck into everything from merchandising to customer service, you'll never be bored in this fast-paced role.With the opportunity to hone your agricultural expertise and open the door to multiple career pathways throughout the wider business, there couldn't be a better place to start. This is a part-time role with 20 hours a week and rotating Saturdays, with the opportunity to pick up additional shifts. Hours can be flexible for the right candidate.About youYou'll be a self-motivated, adaptable team member with excellent customer service and communication skills. You'll have a high level of physical fitness. Ideally, you'll have some prior customer service/sales experience and a connection to the agricultural industry. That said, we're equally open to those looking to make a move straight off the farm or who are current customer experts keen to learn all about the ag/dairy industry.Other key things we're on the lookout for include:Rural experience (beneficial, but not essential)A good level of physical fitness – you'll have no trouble getting your daily steps inA clean full driver licenseA forklift license (beneficial, or willingness to attain one)We are committed to growing our internal talent and building a diverse workplace; therefore, we are open to looking at applicants with excellent transferable skills.
