Job Description:
Responsible for overseas sales and expanding the international market, actively achieving sales targets, and increasing the company's market share.
Maintain good relationships with existing customers. Keep in close communication with customers to understand their needs in real-time. Handle various sales tasks, including business negotiations, contract signing, sales execution, after-sales service, and payment plans.
Develop new territories and establish new distributors. Communicate with distributors/agents to reach cooperation agreements.
Conduct research and analysis on overseas market segments, understand competitors' market layouts, and adjust sales plans accordingly.
Participate in international or regional exhibitions to enhance the company's brand influence. Develop post-exhibition market development plans and follow up on implementation. Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree, outstanding candidates may be considered with a college degree.
2. Over 6 years of relevant work experience in manufacturing enterprises, with at least 3 years of experience in production management.
3. Proficient in computer office software operation, familiar with the operation and processes of manufacturing departments, skilled in production control and on-site management. Well-versed in various aspects of production manufacturing, with experience managing manufacturing teams of over 500 people.
4. Familiar with production cost control, overall operation, production operation processes, and technical specifications. Proficient in controlling and managing production quality, familiar with ISO9001/14001/18001 system management.
5. Possess excellent organizational, communication, and planning skills.
Benefits:
