The role involves creating, developing, enhancing, and assisting relationships (existing and new) with staff, key customers, and vendors. You will work alongside a tight local and wider regional management team.

Key Responsibilities:
Assisting in achievement of annual budgeted sales targets and margins
Assisting management in leadership, mentoring, and client interaction
Management of allocated accounts and creation of new potentials
Maximizing sales and profitable opportunities across the group as a whole
Maximizing sales potential of any designated clients allocated to the role
Consistent contact with key decision makers and prospects
Identifying new opportunities that align with strategic planning
Key Accountabilities Include:
Developing and assisting with all sales strategies
Setting sales goals, analyzing data on past performance, and projecting future performance
Enhancing, encouraging, and developing the brand and associated tools with combinations of training and selling out. Achievement of sales budgets, K.P.I's and targets
Ensuring systems are in place identifying new potential customers and opportunities
Ensuring timely effective answers and solutions for all clients, management, and staff
Supporting all marketing initiatives, products, development, and sales activities
Driving a solid customer service attitude through the staff, branches, and regions
Complementing and assisting with the overall Group strategic goals
Ensuring the sales channel works cross-functionally with other channels
Complete, correct, and appropriate use of systems tools including tasks associated with these
Management of staff and H.R systems and policies
Any additional tasks deemed necessary by your direct report
