With a passion for design and a knack for sales, our ideal candidate will thrive in a retail environment, bringing their expertise and flair to the forefront of the tile industry.You will join a compact, dynamic retail sales team that delivers outstanding design advice and customer service. Under the guidance of the Manager, you'll benefit from working with a carefully curated selection of tiles sourced globally.If you have initiative, a love for great customer experiences and a passion for sales & design, this role may be for you.Responsibilities:Customer Engagement: Deliver exceptional customer service by understanding customer needs, offering expert advice, and guiding them through their selection process.Design Consultation: Utilize your keen eye for design to help customers select the perfect tiles for their projects, offering suggestions on colour, texture, and patterns to match their vision.Sales excellence: Drive sales through excellent product knowledge, persuasive communication, and building solid customer relationships.Visual merchandising: Assist in maintaining the presentation of the showroom, ensuring that displays are visually appealing and up to date with the latest trends.Product Knowledge: Stay informed about our product range, features and benefits, including the latest arrivals and exclusive lines.Requirements:Experience: Previous experience in retail, sales, or design is highly desirableSkills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers. A good eye for design and colour is essential.Personality: A friendly, outgoing personality with a customer-first attitude.
