Ensuring our customers receive a welcoming and efficient resolution to their enquiry is of utmost importance. You must be passionate about going above and beyond for our clients.This is a 'first point of contact' role meaning many of our customers first experience with our business will be with you. Ensuring this first experience with Shelving Shop is a pleasant and helpful experience is essential.Some key responsibilities will include:Customer enquiries – incoming calls, website enquiries, face to face.Providing customers with information, pricing, and quotes.Liaise with customers and keep them informed on timeframes.Promptly resolve complaints or issues to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.Maintain accurate files of correspondence.Provide support to internal personnel who operate locally and throughout NZ.Provide administration and general assistance to the internal team.About youWe are looking for an energetic team player who is passionate, dedicated, and eager to learn. Ideally you will have a background in customer service, sales support and or administration.
