This entry-level role offers full training and is perfect for someone who is new to sales or eager to kickstart their career in a dynamic industry.The ideal candidate is a "hunter"—someone who thrives on generating new business and isn't afraid to go the extra mile to meet and exceed KPIs. If you have the right attitude and a desire to grow, this role offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills with strong support around you.The key areas of focus for the Sales Coordinator are:Make cold calls to generate new leads every week.Reach out to existing customers regularly to maintain relationships.Qualify leads from the Customer Service Team and either sign them up or pass them on to a Sales Representative.Identify sales opportunities for both new and existing customers.Provide weekly reporting on sales activities.Actively participate in all required Sales Meetings.As a Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for proactive lead generation and building relationships with new customers. You will be the first point of contact for those looking to use our courier services and will play a vital role in the company's new client care programs. You will also work to improve customer retention rates and use your communication skills and sales techniques to up-sell whenever possible.
