Sales Coordinator

Malloch McClean is a modern Chartered Accounting and Business Advisory firm with offices in Southland and Tasman. We have successfully transitioned to accounting software that supports more meaningful conversations with our clients and increased our business coaching and mentoring services. You will preferably have a background in sales and communication and while a tertiary level qualification isn’t a pre-requisite, it does help show that you can achieve what you set out to do. We will expect you to be well organised, have great attention to detail, be imaginative, be able to use your initiative AND be a positive and fun member of the team.
Communicating with clients regularly about opportunities and checking in with them on actions that have been created from them being involved in our services. You will also be involved in developing and organising events. As well as the not so exciting, but vitally important regular reporting and invoicing which assists with the running of our business.
You will maintain a close working relationship with our Marketing team to ensure that our Sales action plan is followed and we are achieving our targets.
