Retail Operations Coordinator | AucklandWe're looking for an exceptional Retail Operations Coordinator to support the National Retail Manager (NRM) in streamlining and enhancing retail operations. What You'll Do: Acting as the key link between the retail network and head office, you'll collaborate with teams like merchandising, marketing, finance, and eCommerce. Your focus will be on taking ownership of diverse tasks and projects, including:
Preparing reports for the NRM (KPIs, sales performance, compliance audits)Collating and sharing essential updates via Weekly Bulletins.Providing solutions-focused support for stores to ensure seamless operationsEnhancing training programs, such as AGI Academy and induction processesDeveloping Retail Operations Manuals, policies, and proceduresCoordinating seasonal product training and supporting store refurbishments, new openings, and recruitmentConducting store visits, product reviews, and floor walksDelivering Monthly Toolkits to ensure stores are well-preparedAssisting with presentations and conferences for the retail networkWhat We're Looking For: Multi-site leadership or operational experience, with a solid grasp of what stores need to succeedDetail-oriented with excellent time management and multitasking skillsAble to work autonomously, stay on task, and deliver resultsSolutions-focused, pragmatic, and process improvement-drivenStrong verbal and written communication skills.Reasonably well-versed in Excel, Microsoft Office, and other computer systemsWhy Join?
