As a corporate health, beauty and wellness retailer, our in-store teams demonstrate the values and commitment to the highest level of retail excellence that working at Unichem Pharmacy represents. With exciting promotions, exclusive events, new product releases, and training programmes, you will be inspired, encouraged, and equipped to develop new initiatives for your service.
The primary objectives of this role include ensuring the store reaches its sales targets, efficient stock handling, effective team management and training, exceptional customer service, maintaining exceptional store standards, and driving retail promotions and events.
This is a permanent full-time position, rostered 35-40 hours across 4-5 days from Monday to Sunday. Hours are flexible to suit the right candidate!
You'll need to show us:
Previous retail management or team leading skills.
Skills to create excitement in-store with promotions, displays, and events.
A minimum of 2 years' experience in a pharmacy retail environment is preferred.
Able to step up into a leadership role.
Existing TONIQ skills and knowledge will be an advantage.
Knowledge of pharmaceutical and natural health products is desirable.
Inventory and stock buying knowledge.
Able to prioritise a high workload.
A great attitude, with a motivated and dynamic personality.
First-class communication skills.
