Balanced life: You will have every Sunday and Monday off, working 40 hours per week between Tuesday-Saturday evenings.
Senior role with responsibilities and autonomy:
In this role, you will be responsible for mentoring and managing the day-to-day operations of the FOH side of the business. You will work closely with an executive chef/owner to create something unique and truly special.

You will have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role and have experience overseas and in New Zealand. You will be familiar with the Wellington hospitality scene and ideally have experience working in a well-known wine region.
Qualifications:
You must hold the following qualifications or similar to apply:
Introductory Sake Professional Sommelier or higher
At least WSET II or higher
CMS I
CSW
Masters in Professional Studies; with emphasis in Hospitality
Bachelors in Hospitality and Restaurant Administration; with emphasis in Food and Beverage Management
Completed a Post-Crisis Hospitality Management Certificate
LCQ and manager's certificate in New Zealand
