Restaurant Manager
In this role you will be responsible for the following:
Maintaining liquor license, negotiating supplier contracts, taking inventory, and reordering supplies.
Hiring and training staff.
Creating effective schedules.
Setting and enforcing quality and safety controls.
Ensuring licenses are updated and in line with current legislation.
Supporting owners with the day-to-day operations.
Delivering on sales.
Ensuring customer feedback is positive and working on resolving customer issues.
Chef
In this role you will be responsible for the following:
Planning menus.
Ensuring food quality and taste is of the highest standard.
Managing inventory of stock and ordering raw materials.
Controlling budgets and minimizing wastage.
Maintaining health and hygiene in the kitchen.
Organizing duty roster of the staff.
Recruiting, training and developing staff.
Applicants must be able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and public holidays as the role requires. We have zero tolerance for substance abuse. You must consent to undergo mandatory drug-testing and pre-employment police check.
