We are looking for Part-Time Workers to help the people we support in our Nelson residential services. This is a 24/7 roster from Monday to Sunday, which includes working overnight and alternate weekends. This will suit people who are looking for flexibility and more regular longer shifts in one place. What does a Support Worker do? In Residential Disability, our support workers assist people who access our services to live as independently as possible in their community. Support workers are part of a team that works shifts or specific rosters providing 24/7 cover with responsibilities including aiding with personal care, community outings and integration, and other aspects of daily living - enabling our people to be as independent as possible. Prior experience is not essential as full training is provided. Full driver's license and confidence to safely transport passengers in our disability vans (training provided).
