Reservation Sales Senior Executive / Assistant Manager

To assist the Reservations Sales Manager in directing & supervising the activities of the Reservation section. To ensure maximum room utilization when monitoring room allotments To handle all correspondence promptly and prepare statistical data when required. Proactive liaison between each operational department and reservations staff. To ensure that reservations which are input into Opera are correctly coded to the appropriate market segments and seek Revenue Manager's approval if rates are not within the guidelines.
