We're evolving how we work, and we need a Reporting & Insights Specialist to help us turn people data into meaningful insights that guide our decisions and drive business success.

As our Reporting & Insights Specialist, you'll play a key role in elevating our People & Culture data capability, ensuring we have accurate, actionable insights to make smart, people-focused decisions.
You'll have a high degree of autonomy to shape the role and the processes as we continue to transform how we work.
  In this critical role, you will: Lead People Data Insights: Analyse and interpret data across key areas like recruitment, turnover, gender pay gap, and leave liability to provide meaningful reports and visualizations that help guide business decisions.
Reporting & Automation: Develop and automate insightful reports, dashboards, and data tools that provide real-time visibility to key stakeholders, including the executive team.
Support DE&I: Provide data-driven insights that contribute to the development of our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion strategy and progress.
Own Engagement Survey: Manage and optimize our company-wide engagement survey, extracting insights to improve employee experience and engagement.
Remuneration Reviews: Oversee data analysis for our annual remuneration review, supporting business leaders with data-driven recommendations.
Data Governance & Security: Ensure high standards of data security and compliance across all people-related data, keeping it safe and protected.
O Wheako, o Pukenga | Your Experience To succeed in this role, you'll need: 5+ years of experience in a data-centric role, ideally within People & Culture or a similar area.
Advanced Excel skills, with experience in Tableau (preferred) or Power BI.
Strong experience in automating reporting processes and improving data workflows to ensure accurate and timely people reporting.
Familiarity with SAP or similar HRIS systems (preferred).
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present data insights in a clear, actionable way to stakeholders at all levels.
A natural eye for detail and trends, combined with a passion for problem-solving and delivering actionable insights to drive business decisions.
Experience working with executives and business leaders, with a solid understanding of business acumen and how people data fits into broader business and financial strategies.
