Job Description: US Foods Holding is seeking a part-time Remote Support Associate to join our dynamic team in Christchurch, Canterbury, NZ. As an Associate Level Remote Support Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer support to our clients. Responsibilities:1. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat2. Provide remote technical support to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues3. Document all customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely and effective problem resolution5. Stay up to date on company products, services, and industry trends Requirements:1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer support or a related field2.
