Position Overview:
As a Sales Outreach Specialist, you will be the face of AthleTech's client acquisition efforts. Your primary role will be to connect with gym owners, personal trainers, and fitness professionals through cold calling, emails, and follow-ups, building relationships and generating new business opportunities. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, communication-driven environment and is passionate about helping fitness professionals succeed.
Compensation Structure:
4-Week Trial Period: New hires will begin with a 4-week trial, during which compensation is solely commission-based at 70% per sale.
Post-Trial Period: After 4 weeks, successful candidates will transition to a base salary plus 30% commission on every sale. This structure is designed to reward high performance and offers significant income potential.
Key Responsibilities:
Cold Calling & Outreach: Initiate contact with potential clients through calls and emails, introducing AthleTech's services and identifying their business needs.
Lead Qualification: Qualify leads through effective questioning to determine if they're a good fit for our services and nurture potential clients through the sales process.
Client Engagement: Build and maintain positive, professional relationships with prospective clients, handling inquiries and providing information on our offerings.
Follow-Up & Tracking: Ensure timely follow-ups with prospective clients and keep accurate records of outreach progress in our CRM.
Market Insight: Gather insights from conversations to inform the team about industry needs, client feedback, and potential opportunities for service improvement.
Collaborate with Sales Team: Work closely with the sales and marketing team to refine outreach strategies and share valuable feedback on client needs.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or client outreach preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Confident, professional phone presence
Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
Familiarity with CRM software or ability to learn quickly
Passion for the fitness industry is a plus!
