Job Description:
PPL is seeking a motivated and experienced Remote Business Development Associate to join our team in Dunedin, Otago, NZ. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our client base through strategic partnerships and innovative solutions.
Responsibilities:- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders- Cold call and email prospects to schedule meetings- Create and deliver sales presentations to potential clients- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients- Track and report on sales activity and results- Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or sales- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong negotiation skills and business acumen- Resilient and independent personality traits- Ability to work effectively in a team and cooperate with colleagues- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software- Remote work experience is a plus
