As a key player in our business development team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and supporting various initiatives to drive revenue and market expansion.
### **Key Responsibilities** - **Market Research & Analysis**: Conduct thorough research to identify potential markets, customer needs, and industry trends.
Analyze competitors to identify strengths and weaknesses that could inform our strategies.
- **Lead Generation**: Develop and implement strategies for lead generation through various channels, including online research, networking, and outreach via email and phone calls.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients.
Understand their needs and business goals in order to present tailored solutions.
- **Sales Presentations & Proposals**: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients.
Create concise and persuasive proposals that highlight our services and solutions.
- **Collaboration with Teams**: Work closely with the marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure alignment in messaging, strategy, and delivery of solutions that meet client needs.
- **Performance Tracking**: Track and report on lead generation and sales metrics.
Analyze the effectiveness of different strategies and adapt as necessary.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Seek feedback and suggestions from colleagues, clients, and stakeholders to continuously improve processes, offerings, and personal skill set.
- **Networking**: Actively participate in industry events, webinars, or conferences to nurture relationships and represent the company positively.
### **Requirements** - **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, sales, marketing, or a related field.
- **Hardworking & Motivated**: A self-starter who is eager to learn, willing to go the extra mile, and driven by results.
- **Critical Thinking**: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to identify and solve problems effectively.
- **Adaptability**: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes while managing multiple tasks.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal abilities to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools would be an advantage.
