We are looking for a Relationship Property Solicitor between 1-4 years PQE to join the team. This firm has a strong focus in this area, with a Partner in the team being well known in the community for servicing these types of cases and bringing in lots of future work.What you'll do:As a Relationship Property Solicitor, you will play a crucial role in handling relationship property cases and contributing to the growth of the practice. You will work closely in a team of 3, including a Partner who leads the team and alongside a Senior Solicitor.The main work will include:Contracting out agreementsRelationship property settlementsSeparation agreementsA small amount of PPPR Act work, trusts, wills and EPOAsWe are looking for someone hard-working and empathetic who wants to build their career in this area in Christchurch.
