As a small team this creates plenty of opportunity to gain valuable surgical skills and experience. Those looking to enter the Cardiothoracic field have the opportunity to work closely with experienced Cardiothoracic surgeons and support for required training courses for entry to programme is provided. Opportunity to complete your Part 1 studies in a supportive environment Opportunity to complete a required rotation in our intensive care unit Keen to further develop your surgical skills? Have a keen interest in Cardiothoracic Surgery? Want to experience more of this field than a 3 or 4 month rotation? Mou ake - About you Our ideal candidate will have the following: Registration with the Medical Council of New Zealand or be eligible for general or provisional general registration with the Medical Council of New Zealand.
