About the Role
This Registered Nurse opportunity is casual so there are no guaranteed hours. As a Registered Nurse working at Bupa, you'll work closely with the hands-on Clinical Manager to develop your clinical and leadership skills and knowledge enabling you to grow. You will be passionate about what you do, provide quality care, and build relationships with the residents and their families.
Duties and Responsibilities
Provide person-centred clinical care for residents in care homes across various levels of care.
Lead a team of caregivers to provide the highest quality clinical care.
Conduct medication rounds, manage care plans, and maintain accurate paperwork.
Identify areas for continuous quality improvement.
Skills and Qualifications
Hold a current APC and NZ Nursing Council Registration.
Excellent clinical skills in adult care and ideal aged care experience.
Confident communication, interpersonal, and teamwork abilities.
A compassionate nurse who strives for excellence and to make an impact in residents' lives.
