The Role: We are looking for Registered Nurses who will become part of a team of devoted and caring professionals who are committed to delivering exceptional care to our residents. You will establish and maintain a therapeutic partnership with residents and their families to achieve optimum health and well-being through appropriate assessment, critical analysis of clinical information, clinical reasoning, care planning & delivery, evaluation, and education. Responsibilities: Plan resident care ensuring resident's health and well-being needs are assessed in an organised, systematic, and timely manner. Establish and maintain effective relationships with residents and families and gain their respect and trust. Demonstrate leadership in maintaining a resident-focused care environment and accept responsibility for leading and directing nursing care to others in the health care team. About You: We are looking for someone who has a passion for working in aged care with empathy and compassion. You will be a Registered Nurse with a current New Zealand Practising Certificate. We will consider a new graduate. You will have demonstrated clinical organisation and management skills, a high standard of oral and written communication skills, and the ability to lead a team. You will need to demonstrate ability and self-direction in meeting resident and facility needs. You will need to be able to work collaboratively within a team.
