Working both independently and collaboratively with fellow health professionals, you'll handle various nursing duties and oversee the work of enrolled nurses and healthcare assistants. Your role involves conducting thorough assessments to devise, implement, and evaluate personalized healthcare plans. You'll administer interventions based on solid scientific knowledge, professional skills, and clinical judgment. You're responsible for ensuring that all health services you provide align with your education, meet legal standards, and adhere to professional guidelines. In your role as an outpatient cardiology registered nurse stationed in Villa 2, your main tasks include coordinating and scheduling cardiology clinics, arranging pre-assessments with patients and their families, and assisting with minor cardiac procedures like angiograms and pacing services. As a valued member, you'll collaborate closely with fellow nurses and healthcare professionals to provide exceptional care to our patients. Willingness to take on additional responsibilities as assigned, agreed upon with your manager.
