Contract: Permanent, 0.5 FTE (40 hours per fortnight), rostered shifts

About the Role: An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Registered Nurse to join our Urology & Gynaecology team. This role has become available due to service growth and increased demand in specialist care. Working alongside a dedicated team, you will deliver high-quality nursing care and support to patients in both urology and gynaecology. Your compassionate approach and clinical expertise will play a vital role in ensuring positive outcomes for our patients and their whanau.
About the Team/Service/ Location: Villa 4 at Hawkes Bay Fallen Soldiers Memorial Hospital is a supportive, multidisciplinary environment focused on excellence in urology and gynaecology services. Our team works collaboratively to provide holistic care, striving for the best outcomes for each patient in a welcoming, inclusive atmosphere.
About you: You are a skilled Registered Nurse with a passion for delivering excellent patient-centered care and are eager to be part of a dynamic team.Current Annual Practising Certificate with Nursing Council of New Zealand.Recent experience in urology, gynaecology, or surgical nursing.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients and colleagues. Competency with te ao Maori, tikanga, and te reo Maori or a commitment to starting your journey and taking ownership of your learning and growth.Experience in projects/initiatives which give effect to Te Tiriti principals and frameworks, and the application of Matauranga Maori and Kaupapa Maori approaches, particularly as they apply in healthcare settings.How to Apply: To view the position description and/or apply for the role please click "apply now."
